Ashland City Mercantile is the brain child of owner Kayce Singleton, who needed to find a gift delivery service for a friend's birthday and couldn't find one. She wanted something unique and special -- and not packaged in a boring cardboard, big online-store box. From that need came her idea to not only package and sell gift boxes, but to include a helium balloon inside that would pop out when the box was opened.
